Cancellation and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS: All sales are final. We don't provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase once you have placed your order as it is immediately processed for shipping. If you would like to return your order upon arrival please contact our  customer service team which will co-ordinate this.

SIZING RETURNS: Please contact our support team if you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please note this only applies to non-discounted items. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer size or color exchanges for our promotional products. We hope to be able to do this in the future!

CUSTOMS ISSUES: We are not responsible for local customs issues. All issues or problems associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and Ancient Enlightenment is not liable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency.
